I'm Wilfred residing in Brampton, I'm suffering from arthritis and find it very difficult to walk. Also, I'm experiencing acute muscle ache and pain. When I consulted a doctor nearby my province, he told that the osteoarthritis will have joint pain and muscle stiffness as side effects. So, he prescribed non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to get relief from pain and inflammation. Also, he suggested doing massage therapy at a clinic in Brampton ( https://www.focusphysiotherapy.com/locations/Brampton-clinic/ ) so that it will strengthen my muscles and improve my flexibility and balance. So I'm planning to schedule an appointment this week. Is there any food that I should avoid after overcoming arthritis? Will I be able to walk properly after the treatment? Please share your views!
