Physical Illness

I have Crohn's disease. Before I was active and strong. Because of my illness I spend two years in and out of the hospital. The hospital stays made me weak as well as the medicine given. I am now two inches shorter because of the steroids and remicade (immune suppressant that hurts bones). I am now under a hundred pounds and everyone makes fun of me because I am short and small. I now have an obsession of being big and strong and my boyfriend is finding it unhealthy. He is 200 pounds so he does not understand what it is like to be weak. I now work out every day and find the need to be stronger than what doctors told me I could be. I have no one to talk to. Should I find a therapist?
