I've had anger outburst since I was in elementary. I've had people talk to me...didnt work. Family therapy....didnt work. I've had alot of issuse from my own brother using me in a way i dont want to say, my father never being there for me, to my other brother hitting me in front of my dad and he wouldnt do anything about it. I just into a argument with my mom and I was going crazy.....I just need help i dunno what to do anymore....please respond a.s.a.p.

Do something for you ... And everyday wake up and live for you because you have been through hell and deserve it! Remove yourself from the company of those who make you feel little, because you are great!
